1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using STRUCTDER, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Data Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

2. Educational Purpose
STRUCTDER is a learning tool for reinforced concrete slab, beam, and column design under NSCP 2010, NSCP 2015, and ACI 318 provisions. Its calculations, diagrams, and 3D visualizations are for academic study only and are not a substitute for professional structural analysis software or the engineering judgment of a licensed Civil Engineer. Do not use STRUCTDER outputs for actual construction without independent verification.

3. Data We Collect
To create and maintain your account, we collect:

Your full name (first, middle, last)
Your school email address
Your saved design records — project name, module type (slab / beam / column), inputs, and outputs

4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to (a) authenticate you into the system, (b) allow you to save, retrieve, and manage your own design projects, and (c) generate PDF reports of your work. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties.

5. Data Privacy Act Compliance
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

6. Design Records & Ownership
The reinforced concrete designs you create using STRUCTDER remain your own academic work. Only you can view, edit, or delete your saved designs; other users cannot see your projects. Please do not upload confidential, commercial, or third-party engineering data into the system.
